Inspired by the lovely Marni over at Marni's Organized Mess, I've decided to participate in the 30 Days of Truth... blog... thingee. It's not a blog hop, not really a project - just a blog... thingee. So.... yah. Works for me! I will do random posts on this until I get to the end of the list. It will likely not be a daily thing - here's the topics that will be covered in the different posts:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{P.S. I kicked my diet cheat day's ass yesterday - and today it's apparently going to kick mine. Oy... French fries, margaritas, pretzels, pizza and crepes... to name a few of my indulgences. Yep. I totally showed that cheat day who was boss! Now if you'll excuse me, I am going to spend the remainder of my day in the bathroom. Blech...}
The List:
Day 01: Something you hate about yourself.
Day 02: Something you love about yourself.
Day 03: Something you have to forgive yourself for.

Day 27: What’s the best thing going for you right now?
Day 28: What if you were pregnant or got someone pregnant, what would you do?
Day 29: Something you hope to change about yourself. And why.

Ha! You have me cracking up over your cheat day...I would SO cheat big, too. If you're going to get a cheat day, better dang well make the most of it! I look forward to your 30 Days of Truth...thingee :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Katie :) I most definitely made the most of it... thankfully I'm starting to feel a little better now that I'm back to "diet food". I'm amazed at what a hugggge difference the crap food makes on how I feel! I can't believe I used to live off this stuff!
ReplyDeleteOh, I can imagine. I eat nothing but crap food. In fact, I've been sitting here regretting eating a calzone for dinner all night. I'm SO hoping I can use your incredible progress with your diet to inspire me to do one too!
ReplyDeleteGreat List! Cheating won't kill you, but guilt will.
ReplyDeletelike I know all about it... lol..
take care, Keri
@Katie - that's good to know, it will help me to stay on track knowing I've got people to inspire! ;)
ReplyDelete@keri very true!!!
