Fill In The Blank Friday

Fill in The Blank Fridays With:

Photobucket
{I actually took this picture myself and put the letters in there all by myself too! Who's proud?!?!}

1.  Something that makes me a great friend is: the fact that I am a really good listener. I've never been much of a talker - I'm an observer. I take it all in - process it - if there's something that needs to be said, I'll say it. But I mostly listen.

2.  I am: a good person. That's rare these days - not to toot my own horn, but I honestly try to do the right thing and be the kind of person I'd appreciate others to be.

3.  I am not: on time. Ever. EVER. My best friend does a really good job of keeping me in line when we are together. For example - on my niece's birthday she came in and gave me 20, 10 and 5 minute warnings as we approached go time. My sister had given her explicit instructions to ensure that I was out of the house on time - because Sister had to leave early to decorate for the party. I was about 5 minutes late. But that's still really good for me. When I say I'm late - I mean I'm late, late. Sometimes hours. Unfortunately - Bestie can't be there to keep me on track and get me out of the door (mostly) on time every day...

4.  If I had to describe myself in 3 words, they would be: considerate, determined, tired...

5.  Something I'm really cheap about is: nothing really - that's why I'm always broke!

6.  Something I'm willing to splurge on is: everything... (my mama says I have champagne tastes on a beer budget. She's right.) But I think it's especially important to spend some money on things like skin and hair care products.

Every woman needs a really good facial moisturizer and skin care regimen. We also need to bathe in things that are pure and not full of the skin hating ingredients found in the cheap drug store brands - men, you too! Same thing with shampoo, conditioner & body moisturizers.

I like Philosophy products for my face. I wash my face with their Microdelivery Exfoliating face wash in the morning - then apply their Hope In A Jar Moisturizer. At night, I wash with their Purity Made Simple cleanser and alternate between using their Miracle Worker face cream and applying organic, unrefined coconut oil as a night moisturizer.

I also splurge on organic foods, cage free eggs and free range meats when possible. Worry about what goes on and in your body people!!!

7.  I would trade: my job for: a sugar-daddy in a heartbeat.

HA!

Have a good Friday Lovies!!!

  7. Gorgeous blog! I'm always late too. My friends tell me to be somewhere early so when I'm late, I'm not AS late. ;)

    I'm a new follower from the Bee Friendly Friday Follow. I'd love it if you'd visit A Helicopter Mom and follow me back!

    I'm also having my FIRST giveaway of a Limited Edition Fine Art Print. It has very low entries, so I'd really appreciate it if you'd drop by and enter.

    Have a great weekend! Thanks. :)
